1. Return and Refund are applicable only while the product is delivered as different, damaged and not working, or if the same fresh product is not available.


2. After approval of our QC Team, the payment will be refunded to the customer's eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and Bank Account as provided by the customer via email.


3. The product that is sold once will not be refundable. But, the replacement of the product is applicable based on availability.


4. Exchange and Replacement of products are applicable within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

5. Change of mind while delivering the order will not be applicable.


6. If the customer wants to exchange the product in any case, he/she should return the product to the previous condition. Otherwise, the product will not be exchanged. 


7. If the product is delivered as damaged, scratched or not in working condition, the customer will not be charged for the shipment or delivery of the exchange or Replacement.


8. If the warranty is mentioned on products, any physical damage or scratches to products will not be acceptable for the claim.


9. If the customer receives the product in the right condition, but wants to exchange it with another product, he/she will have to pay for the next shipment or delivery charge.
